Our spray tan solutions are formulated with botanicals, peptides and oils. They are vegan, paraben-free, fragrance-free, pH balanced and do not contain alcohol or ethanol. If you would like to see a full ingredient list, your esthetician will provide one upon request.
Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) is the active ingredient found in all sunless tanning products. Derived from plant sources like sugar beets and sugar cane, DHA reacts with proteins and aminos found in the top layer of your skin to create that sunless glow.

Yes! But we always recommend confirming with your OB prior to coming in for a spray tan if you’re pregnant to ensure they are comfortable with you having this treatment.

Do not get a spray tan if you have a sunburn, as it will negatively impact the healing process.
If you have any active/open wounds, a tree nut or dihydroxyacetone allergy, a skin condition such as psoriasis, dermatitis or eczema or recently had tattoo work done, you should not get spray tanned.
If you have any other specific concerns, please discuss them with your esthetician prior to your treatment.

Exfoliate from the neck down weekly, and then again 24 to 48 hours before your appointment. Moisturize daily, stay hydrated, and complete all beauty appointments (mani/pedi, hair, waxing, facials, etc) 24 to 48 hours prior to your spray tan appointment.
You can dress to your comfort level for your appointment. Be mindful of what you’re getting the spray tan for (strapless dress, different bikinis on vacations, low cut front or back etc). Women can tan nude, men must wear bottoms.

Shower times are dependent on the type of spray tan you receive. You will be provided with specific instructions during your appointment.

Before your spray tan treatment, exfoliate to remove dead skin cells. This creates a fresh, clean surface for the spray tan solution to adhere to.
Dry skin sheds more rapidly than hydrated skin, so moisturize with spray tan safe products after your treatment to prolong its duration.
Limit activity that creates heavy sweating and avoid pools and saunas for a full 24 hours after your appointment.
Spending an extended amount of time in chlorinated pools or salt water and sweating excessively can shorten the duration of your spray tan.
Any skincare products that speed up the skin’s cell turnover in the epidermis (such as AHAs and retinoids), topical acne medication and Accutane will fade your tan quicker.

No, airbrush spray tans do not provide UV protection. Use sunscreen!

We use a quick-drying solution, so color transfer should not be a problem. All shades are water soluble and will rinse out during a normal wash cycle.
